Cardholder may combine a maximum of three (3) charge slips of the same credit card to reach the minimum required spending of at least Php10,000 to get (1) The Spa Wellness Gift Card worth Php 500 and (1) Barre 3 Gift Certificate worth Php600.
Name and cardnumber on the charge slip/s must be the same as the name and cardnumber on the credit card being presented. Unreadable charge slips are not valid for redemption.
Qualified transactions are local retail transactions made during the promo period. Foreign currency transactions, and all other transactions without a printed charge slip such as but not limited to installment transactions, online/internet and Mail/Telephone order, ATM Bills Payment, Cash Advance transactions are excluded from this promotion.
To redeem The Spa Wellness Gift Card and Barre 3 Gift Certificate, cardholders must surrender the original customer copy of the approved charge slip(s), and present their Allied Bank credit card. Cardholder will not be allowed to redeem if the credit card used is not presented.
The Spa Wellness Gift Card and Barre 3 GC may be redeemed in all The Spa branches.
Cardholder may redeem from October 25 to March 25, 2010. Transactions however must still be within the promo period, October 25, 2010 to January 25, 2010.
The free The Spa Wellness Gift Card and Barre 3 Gift Certificate cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts.
A cardholder may redeem a maximum of three (3) per day per branch.
Cardholder agrees that the Bank will charge the cost of the redeemed items should the latter find out that the cardholder did not comply with the Terms and Conditions as stated above (ie did not meet the required spending, date is not within the specified promo period).
