Sales transactions paid by using Philippine Member bank – issued MasterCard credit and/or debit cards, MasterCard Electronic and/or Int'l Cirrus Maestro ATM cards, simultaneously with an SM Advantage or Prestige Card, will be given one electronic raffle entry for every Php5,000 single receipt purchase, for a chance to win 1 of 500 iPod Touch with JBL Docking Station, at the store counter level.
- Purchase of cellcards, phone cards, SM gift cheques or concert tickets at the Customer Service Counter are not entitled to raffle coupons.
- Promo is open to members with permanent cards. Members with temporary cards should submit their Membership Application Form (MAF) prior to the draw dates. Shoppers with expired cards (on the date of transaction) will not be eligible for the promo.
- For every P5,000 single-receipt purchase in any SM Department Store nationwide with his/her MasterCard, the cardholder is entitled to one (1) electronic raffle coupon that will give him/her a chance to win one (1) of the 500 iPod touch with JBL IIP docking station.
- The nationwide promo will run from October 01, 2010 to December 31, 2010.

Winners will be notified through registered mail and phone calls on how and when they can claim their prize. - Winners may claim their prize at SM's Corporate Marketing Dept. Building D, MOA Complex, Pasay City for Manila; and for Provincial winners, they can claim their prize at the nearest SM branch where they won.
- Winners will be given sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification to claim their prize. After the 60-day claiming period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of SM Department Store with prior DTI approval.
- Winners must bring two (2) valid forms of identification such as Driver's License, Birth Certificate, TIN card, MasterCard credit card and SMAC/SM Prestige card upon claiming of their prize.
- Requirements for representative in claiming the prize include: an authorization letter from the winner, photocopy of any valid identification (passport, driver's license or SSS) both from the winner and the representative. The winners representative should also bring his/her original copies of the valid identification.
- Employees of SM Retail Inc., its affiliates, MasterCard, MCI and all its sister and subsidiary companies, its accredited advertising agencies and suppliers, and their family and relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion.
