MECHANICS

1. This promo is open to ALL RCBC Bankard cardholders whose accounts are active and in good standing during the promo period from October 10- December 31, 2010.
2. The cardholder can choose to avail of the regular 0% installment or the “Shop Now, Pay After 3 Months” promo.
3. To enjoy the “0% installment” or the  “0% at Shop Now, Pay After 3 Months” promo at any Anson’s branch and qualify for the promo, the cardholder must purchase a minimum of P3,000 in a single charge.
4. All installment purchases made by the cardholder whether on regular 0% or via Pay After 3 Months promo will earn him/her one (1) raffle number. To get additional entries, the cardholder can do any of the following:
1. Use his Landmark- Ansons RCBC Bankard to purchase - 2 additional raffle numbers
2. Charge at least P50,000 and up to his/her RCBC Bankard - 5 additional raffle numbers
5. All employees of Bankard, Inc., its advertising agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the raffle.
6. Raffle numbers will be electronically generated and reflected in the cardholder’s Statement of Account (SOA). Last day to earn raffle numbers is on December 31, 2010 at 11:59 pm.
7. Raffle draw will be held on January 14, 2011, 4:00 pm at the Bankard Marketing Office –  30/F Robinsons Equitable Tower, No. 4, ADB Avenue corner Poveda St. Ortigas, Pasig.

1. Raffle prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
2. Raffle draw winners will be notified through registered mail to be sent to their billing address. Registered mail shall serve as the winner’s prize certificate. Names of winners will also be published in a leading newspaper of general circulation.
3. Terms and conditions to follow when claiming prizes:
1. Major and Minor Prizes will be valid one (1) year from date of issuance.
2. Bankard Marketing will give both BCTA Travel and Microtel Corporation a list of all winners. BCTA Travel and Microtel Corporation both have the right to confirm with Bankard the authenticity of the winner’s claim prior to actual redemption of prize/s.
3. To avail of the travel packages, cardholder must book 30 days in advance with travel partners.
4. For major winners, travel and applicable government taxes, except terminal fees, will be shouldered by Bankard’s travel partner (BCTA Travels).
5. Booking of their prize travel package indicates the winners understand and accept all applicable terms and conditions of BCTA Travels.
4. Winning cardholders must personally visit BCTA Travels at Unit 201, Parc Chateau, Onyx Road, Ortigas, Pasig City or any Microtel property to avail of their travel package prize. They must present their RCBC Bankard, any one (1) valid ID and ORIGINAL copy of their winner’s notification letter from Bankard, Inc.
