General Mechanics

1.	The promo is open to all BPI Express Credit cardholders (Classic, Blue MasterCard, Gold MasterCard, Petron-BPI MasterCard, BPI-WorldPerks MasterCard, BPI SkyMiles MasterCard, BPI SkyMiles Platinum MasterCard, Edge MasterCard, Corporate Classic and Corporate MasterCard) of good credit standing.
2.	Promo period is from September 24 to November 30, 2010.
3.	Purchases should be made within the promo period at any participating Bistro Group Restaurant Concepts: Italianni's, TGIFriday’s, FlapJacks, Fish & Co, and Pig Out!.
4.	Cardholder will get P1,000 OFF on his next dine-in visit when he accumulates at least P5,000 at participating Bistro Group Restaurant Concepts using any BPI Express Credit card within the promo period.
5.	The accumulation of purchase amount will be on a per card basis. Combining accumulated purchases from separate BPI Express Credit cards to avail of the promo will not be allowed.
6.	Once the P5,000 accumulated purchase amount is reached and the P1,000 award is given, the accumulation purchase is reset to zero (0).
7.	To redeem, the cardholder must use his BPI Express Credit card where the P1,000 OFF is stored.
8.	Minimum redemption amount should be in increments of P1,000 per availment.
9.	A customer is allowed a P1,000 OFF redemption per day per store only.
10.	The net amount of the actual transaction, after the P1,000 OFF has been applied, will be automatically charged to the BPI Express Credit card.
11	Once a valid redemption is made, it cannot be cancelled or applied to another item or bill.
12.	A single purchase transaction requires only one approval. Splitting into smaller transaction sizes and consequently requiring multiple transaction approvals will not be allowed.
13.	The promo is not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing participating Bistro Group Restaurant Concept promo.
14.	Redemption is valid until January 31, 2011.
