The promo is open to all Bonifacio High Street customers. For a minimum single receipt purchase of P3,000 in any of the participating Bonifacio High Street, One Parkade, Two Parkade, and One Bonifacio High Street mall establishments, customers are entitled to avail of one (1) free AXA personal accident insurance coverage card!
To redeem the free AXA personal accident insurance card, simply visit the AXA booth located at Bonifacio High Street B5 (near 9th Avenue) daily from 11:00 AM to 12:00mn only, from December 1 to 31, 2018. Customers must present official receipts/charge slips of the purchased items worth P3,000 and up, and a valid ID (government IDs, driver’s license and/or passport) to qualify for redemption.
