In an
effort to further scale vehicle maintenance in the country and meet the
essential automotive needs of Filipino vehicle owners, Bosch recently
inaugurated KL Cars Saver, its second Bosch Car Service (BCS) center in Cebu
City. Representatives from Bosch’s Automotive Aftermarket division and Cebu
City Mayor Michael Rama were among those who led the momentous event.
Bosch
and KL Cars Saver are set to bring premium car components and expert
cross-brand vehicle service closer to Cebuanos set at the highest German
technology standards. The newly opened automotive workshop will deliver routine
engine assessment and tune-up, mechanical repair, electronics diagnosis, among
others.
The
opening of KL Cars Saver Service will also serve as a learning platform for
professional development. Bosch will offer training and certification for the
workshop’s auto care fleet managers, mechanics, and technicians to ensure
high-quality service at all times.
“The
automotive industry is expected to grow at a much faster pace than before and
we aim to remain as a life-long partner of motorists by keeping better and
safer cars on the road,” said Bosch Automotive Aftermarket Country Sales
Manager Paulo Duarte.
With 25
accredited workshops established across all regions, Bosch remains upbeat in
expanding its service network by opening 6 more car maintenance hubs in the
Philippines in 2014 including the third BCS in Cebu City.
The
global automotive supplier is also committed to develop its diesel vehicle service
centers to lead the shift to fuel efficient vehicles and greener environments. This
year, Bosch will launch its second diesel service center in Cebu City.
