Win a Hong Kong Summer Spectacular from Cosmo

1. This promo is open to all Cosmo.ph and Cosmopolitan Magazine readers in Metro Manila, aged 18-30 with a valid passport that is valid until February 2012 and is available to fly to Hong Kong from August 29 to September 1, 2011.
2. To join, Cosmo.ph and Cosmopolitan Magazine readers must do the following on the ‘Visa go HK Super Shopper Promo’ on Cosmo.ph
- Answer the question: “What's your fashion-forward style tip for Hong Kong visitors this summer?”
- Include a link to a photo of themselves in their most "fashion forward in HK" style with a June AND July 2011 issue of Cosmopolitan Magazine.
- Please make sure that your photo is viewable. Either paste the link after right-clicking the 'Copy link location' or give the 'download' link.
Users must fill in their details (name, email, mobile number, telephone number, address and birth date). All fields are required. Only 1 entry is allowed per participant.
3. This promo will run from July 1 to July 31, 2011 at 11:59 pm.
4. Winners will be selected on August 1, 2011 at 5:00pm at the Summit Media Office.
5. Qualified entries are pooled and electronically raffled off at the Summit Media Office, 7/F Robinson’s Cybergate 3, Pioneer cor. EDSA, Mandaluyong City as witnessed by a DTI representative.
6. Two (2) winners will be chosen on August 1, 2011. The winners will be sent to Hong Kong to attend the Visa go Hong Kong Super Shopper Event. The Hong Kong Tourism Board will provide the following to the winner only:
The winners are responsible for obtaining the required documents to travel. The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) will only assist in supporting documents.
- Roundtrip economy class air-ticket (Manila-Hong Kong , Hong Kong -Manila)
- Airport-hotel-airport transfers in Hong Kong
- Applicable terminal fees
- Accommodations (4 days, 3 nights) in twin-sharing room
7. A winner can only win once during the entire promo period.
8. Winners will be notified via phone call, email and registered mail as well as announce the winner on Cosmo.ph on August 2, 2011.
9. Winners have to scan their valid passport and send it to agcadavedo@teamasia.com together with their contact details, copy of email notification on or before August 8, 2011 at 4pm. Failure to submit the said requirements during the mentioned period will result in the forfeiture of prize with DTI approval.
10. Upon submission of requirements, winners will receive a call and email from Summit on the details of their flight, accommodation and itinerary.
11. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
12. The winner has until August 12, 2011 at 4:00pm only to transfer the prize and must inform The Hong Kong Tourism Board of the intended transfer. Once transferred, this will be considered final and no more changes may be done. The new winner must then submit their requirements for booking of the ticket before August 15, 2011.
13. Employees of The Hong Kong Tourism Board, Cosmopolitan Magazine, Cosmo.ph and Summit Media including those of their parent companies, affiliates, their third party suppliers and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.
14. The information you provide will only be used for raffle purposes.
