The French community, the international and local business communities together with the country’s glitterati will swirl to lively Cancan music, swirl with the colourful skirts of dancing French Cancan Girls as the French Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines-Le Club presents Soirée Beaujolais 2011 Paris La Nuit!

Experience the real French cancan, with dancers to be flown in from France just for the occasion, and take in the beauty of Paris by night at this year’s much-awaited social gathering. Join the French business community in the country as it celebrates this Soirée Beaujolais on 17 November 2011, Thursday at 6.00pm in the Harbor Garden Tent of Sofitel Philippine Plaza.

Enjoy free-flowing Beaujolais Nouveau and other fine wines  from the Beaujolais region with a wide array of cheeses and charcuteries flown in from France.  Featuring Johnny Litton as host.  Fabulous raffle prizes await everyone!

Rexona Adventure Run 2011

Are you ready to take on a different level of adventure?  Then be among the 12,000 running enthusiasts who are expected to make their way to the SM Mall of Asia grounds for the second Rexona Run slated on July 24, 2011. The fourth leg in the RunRio series, Rexona Run is presented by Rexona Men Adventure with 24-hour time release technology, and offers bigger and more exciting prizes plus other thrilling activities that will bring running to a whole new level. 

Aside from cash prizes, medals and bragging rights for the winners in the 21K, 10K, 5K and 3K, all finishers will be eligible to win in the raffle. Up for grabs are three all-expense-paid adventures to one of the world’s most breathtaking icons -- the Great Wall of China.

The top finisher in the 21K category takes home P10,000 worth of prizes, while second and third place finishers get P7,000 and P5,000 worth of prizes, respectively.  In the 10K division, the top three finishers take home P7,000, P5,000 and P3,000 worth of prizes, respectively while in the 5K leg, cash prizes amounting to P5,000, P4,000 and P3,000 will be given to the first, second and third place finishers, respectively.  Finally, the top three finishers in the 3K leg bring home P3,000, P2,000 and P1,000 plus a gift pack.

 

Registeration is ongoing until July 3, 2011 at RUNNR and R.O.X. stores in Bonifacio High Street, Toby’s SM Mall of Asia, Planet Sports Glorietta and Trinoma, The Athlete’s Foot Alabang Town Center and Robinsons Galleria and Stoked in Greenhills, Rockwell and Gateway.  You may also register at www.runrio.com or at the Rexona Philippines Facebook page from now until 12 midnight of July 3, 2011.  Late registrants may proceed to R.O.X. in Bonifacio High Street, Toby’s SM Mall of Asia and The Athlete’s Foot Robinson’s Galleria from July 4 – 10, 2011.  Race fee is P750 for the 21K leg, P600 for the 10K and 5K leg and P500 for the 3K division.
