D-Link today announced the appointment of Douglas Hsiao as the new global chairman of the board. He will replace John Hsuan, who will continue to serve on the board.
Hsiao has over 30 years of experience in the industry and has served as D-Link’s Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board since 2015. He is the former general manager and current corporation representative of the board director at Alpha Networks Incorporated. Hsiao also previously held positions as sales manager at Wang Laboratories, Vice President of Sales at Lite-On Technology Corporation, and columnist at DigiTimes.
