Set to open in the second quarter of 2019, Deca Mall is envisioned to host up to 430 small and medium enterprise (SME) tenants. The two-storey mall has a total gross area of 18,000 square meters and a gross leasable area of 14,000 square meters. With the presence of SM Hypermarket, Deca Mall aims to address the lifestyle needs of Urban Deca Homes Manila residents and those in surrounding areas.
