Ever tried Bikram Yoga? It is said that Bikram Yoga can make you sweat, because you are in a heated room. More and more people are discovering Bikram Yoga and its benefits. So why not try Bikram Yoga for free?
Bikram Yoga Manila turned 5 years old last 8 November 2010. We are having a year long celebration by advocating the yoga we teach and giving thanks, in our own unique way, for all the blessings we have received the past 5 years.
To celebrate our anniversary, we are offering free Bikram classes at both our studios for select classes* (see below) on our schedule till March 2011. For “first timers” (i.e. those who have never tried Bikram yoga at our studios before), we are offering free Bikram yoga classes at the following times:
T. Morato studio : 8:30 am (Monday to Friday)
4:00 pm (Mondays)
4:30 pm (Wednesdays & Fridays)
Makati studio : 9:00 am (Monday to Friday)
4:00 pm (Monday, Wednesday & Fridays)
If you are interested in trying out Bikram yoga, come 30 minutes before any of the above times. Please read through our site on how to prepare for and what to bring to class.
After your free first class with us, and if you wish to continue to practice with us, arrangements can be made at the front desk.
More and more people are turning to yoga for one reason or another. Take a FREE class with us and learn for yourself why people are attracted to yoga. Once you understand why yoga is so powerful, you can then help us make more people aware of the many benefits – mental, physical and emotional -- that practicing yoga can bring.

Jobs and Co., holding their keynote conference is proud to announce, the new and better iPad 2. All speculations from fans and non-fans alike almost came true, others are given while others are surprisingly still on the keeps. This is what to expect from the new iPad 2.
A thinner and lighter iPad 2.
in Black and White versions
A faster Dual-core chip for multi-tasking and faster performance.
Dual Cameras - for FaceTime video calling, and with just one touch, you can call a fellow iPad 2 friend, Iphone 4, New Ipod Touch or MAC over Wifi. Now this is one hard to beat feature of the iPad 2.
A new Smart Cover, to protect you iPad and to use as a support stand.
With the iOS 4.3 bundled on the iPad 2, more features and functions, faster graphics will surely make you a happy savvy techster. This will again make waves in the technology savvy market of our time.
Out on March 11, expect the lines and soon to release elsewhere in the world.
Talks and rumors have abound, engulfed and overwhelmed the internet world again. The next big thing is about to be known, and what is it? A few hours from now, Jobs and Co., the inventor of the biggest thing in 2010, The Ipad, is making waves again.
So what are we expecting to have? All now is but bits and rumors and Jobs and Co. is quite good in keeping the details mum. But since they are keeping it from us, it does not stop us from speculating right?
So what are we expecting to see in the new Ipad or maybe a revised Ipad. Others are putting their money that Apple will release a smaller and lighter version of the Ipad, same versatility and functions. Among other features that the masses are clarmoring for are: Retina-display for clearer and higher resolution, a camera or two, for the back and the front for face time features. A much clearer and better speaker, a more powerful chipset, a higher capacity built-in flash drive, and the one that's been missing all along, a built-in SD card slot.
Amongst this, the realistic ones would include built-in cameras, better speakers and a smaller and lighter version of the current Ipad. The higher capacity built-in flash drive maybe the 2nd of the options, but one thing that can never happen, is the built-in SD Card support, unless I am wrong. Its because Apple does not like sharing, and SD cards are the best ways you can share with.
Well for now, we just have to wait and see. Jacobs and Co. have done it the past, I believe they will make another blast with this. So let's watch out for the Ipad 2, if and maybe they call it that though.
So if you're planning to buy an Ipad now? Hold off, wait for the new and updated one. It maybe more expensive but I think it's worth the wait. So if you feel that the new Ipad is no better than the first Ipad, then by all means BUY!!!

It was Valentine's weekend... so what to expect? Packed restaurants, traffic everywhere and don't forget the lines... just to have a family dinner. Why not get the best of both worlds. Good food, great service, no traffic and no lines. Just a number to call, Quick Delivery 2121212.
I browsed through the site Quick Delivery, and got my eyes set on Filipino food. And one that caught my eye? Pepeton's Grill Resto Bar. So I called 2121212. Promptly answered by their CSR, placed my order after browsing through their online menu. And this was what was decided by the "Angkan of eaters".
Appetizer - Ensaladang Pilipino P120, perfect start for a great meal ahead.
Pepeton's Fried Rice P 70, good for two
It's like normal to say.... hmm fried rice tastes good but the fried rice from Pepeton's I did not expect it to be this good... I almost ate the whole without sharing, but that we would be too much on my part... hahaha kidding aside it really is good.
Lumpiang Shanghai P125, almost a staple for all Filipino tables crispy and meaty inside... delicious
Lechon Pakbet P215, all you favorite vegetables, done in the best way. The "Ilokano pakbet" way. And the icing on the cake? Instead of the usual pork bits you used to give flavor, lechon kawali pieces are used to bring out the best flavor, mixed with shrimp paste, makes it one of best dishes the Philippines is known for.
Next up, Lechon Sisig P225, crispy, yummy, full of flavor. With lots of onions, pig ears, and the ingredient that made it special? Lechon Kawali again.
Even though this is served best on a sizzling plate. The special sauce used to blend in the sisig was a great blend made up for it, and as I was trying to take a pic of the Lechon Sisig, forks were flying around literally...
I found this item funny and albeit intrigued, as is written on the Menu D' Best Inihaw na PUSIT ever!
P350 for medium and P700 for a large order true to what was said and heard, they indeed are the one of the best in the Philippines. This is a must order, you won't regret it, soft, tender to the bite.
Well, that was my Valentine's dinner for me, my wife and my family as well. Quick, Hot, Fast courtesy of Pepeton's Grill and the services of Quick Delivery 2121212.
