Sports and Fitness Expo 2011

Sports and Fitness Expo 2011 is a 3-day event that aims to gather fitness professionals, enthusiasts and the general public to celebrate health, fitness and sport. This event also aims to present to the latest innovations in equipment, nutrition and training techniques. The Expo will be open free to the public and visitors will enjoy trying out new fitness equipment, free samples, picking up valuable health and fitness tips and on-site sale of sports apparel, accessories, nutrition, fitness / gym equipment and a lot more.

  

This year’s theme is Get Healthy. Get Fit. Get Active. It is also set to attract over 5,000 visitors with top-notch sports & fitness brands, and exciting line-up of activities such as exercise demonstrations, group exercise shows, fitness fashion shows, yoga classes, and a lot more.

Oh how I would like to be on the best of my health, maybe it's time to suit up and be a sports fanatic as well.  I do hope I can make this reality.  Let's Go!
