STEP 3: Share the link of the chosen property listing on your Facebook wall with status message: “My idea of a dream home is (complete the sentence) and I found it on MyProperty.ph!” Example: My idea of a dream home is one with a white picket fence and I found it on MyProperty.ph! One entry per registered email address only.
Contest is open to all NCR residents who are at least 18 years of age.
Any registered user of the MyProperty.ph and Facebook.com websites within the promo period is entitled to join the promo and is considered one account entry.
Employees of Get Sold Corporation, Summit Media Publishing Co., Inc., and its partners and suppliers including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
Each applicant must strictly have one registered myproperty.ph account and one Facebook to post their entry.

There will only be one (1) winner of the raffle drawing.

Prize Redemption
Redemption period shall be within 60 days from receipt of notification. If the prize is not claimed after 60 days from receipt of notification, it shall be forfeited in favor of Get Sold Corp with prior DTI approval.

To claim your prize, please present two valid IDs, and a print-out of your winner’s notification email.
