Chef from Puerto Princesa wins Palawan leg of Solane Kitchen Hero Chefs’ Edition
Roberto Roldan Jr. from Palawan emerged as the winner of the fourth regional leg of the Solane Kitchen Hero Chefs’ Edition—a nationwide cooking competition which aims to recognize a new generation of local talented chefs.
Roldan bested five (5) other contestants for his winning dish, Herbs and Cashew nut-crusted Beef Tenderloin in Bistek Sauce. He will have the chance to qualify for the national competition round with a grand prize of P100,000 and a culinary trip to Japan.

Nueva Vizcaya chef wins Solane Kitchen Hero Chefs' Edition Region II leg
