Beloved Children’s Book “Peter Rabbit” Hops To The Big Screen

“When I was a kid, my dad read me the Peter Rabbit books, so I always had an emotional tie to him – and when I had kids, I read the books to them,” says Will Gluck, the co-writer/director of the famous bunny’s first big screen adventure, Peter Rabbit. “The thing I love most is that Peter is a little mischief-maker. I thought it was a great opportunity to take that little nugget, what Beatrix Potter gave Peter, expand that personality trait and make it our own contemporary story.”

Sony Pictures Animation‘s “Peter Rabbit” brings all of the audience-favourite Beatrix Potter characters to the screen in a brand-new, modern adventure.

James Corden brings the mischievous Peter to life, with Rose Byrne in the female lead role of Bea and Domhnall Gleeson as Mr. McGregor. Margot Robbie, Elizabeth Debicki, and Daisy Ridley will voice the roles of Peter’s sisters Flopsy, Mopsy, and Cottontail.

Sony Pictures Releasing International debuts the new trailer for “Peter Rabbit”, the upcoming feature that brings all of the audience-favourite Beatrix Potter characters to the screen in a brand-new, modern adventure. The film will be released in Philippine cinemas April 2018.
