Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Philippines launches "Tara, Laro," a localized campaign to celebrate the annual ALLSTAR campaign in the country starting today until April 2024. Through a caravan, MLBB Philippines will visit Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, and Quezon (CALABARZON) to gather MLBB gamers and bring fun MLBB-themed events that aim to promote camaraderie and teamwork and foster friendships.

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Esports unveiled as the first competitive title for the Esports World Cup

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is set to be one of the competitive titles featured at the Esports World Cup, with the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Mid Season Cup (MSC) and the MLBB Women's Invitational (MWI) venturing outside of Southeast Asia for the very first time in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. 

With over 1.46 billion installations and a monthly active user base of more than 110 million, the popular multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) title will showcase professional esports teams spanning from 14 international regions and over 35 countries vying for the largest ever prize pool in MLBB competitive history - USD 3,000,000. MSC 2024 will also feature the Wild Card format, that was showcased in the M5 World Championship last year. The country allocation for the Main Stage are as follows: 

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Philippines hosts watch parties across the country

The upcoming M4 World Championship just got more exciting, with various watch parties to be hosted nationwide. Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Philippines will hold on-ground streaming activities from 13 - 15 January 2023 to give fans a place to come together as they support ECHO and Blacklist International in one of the biggest MOBA tournaments in the world.

Ayala Malls - Market! Market! will launch its watch party starting 13 January till the Grand Finals on 15 January. MLBB influencers and MPL Philippines professional players will be present in the area to bond with fans through a meet-and-greet activity. Limited-edition M4-branded merchandize items will be given away.

MOONTON Games will also be hosting watch parties on campuses, universities, and dining establishments across the Philippines starting 14 January 2023.

Burn X Team Flash makes historic win at MPL Cambodia Autumn Split 2022

Burn X Team Flash emerged triumphant as the winners of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League - Cambodia (KH) Autumn Split 2022. Held at AEON Mall Sen Sok, the competition concluded with Burn X Team Flash triumphing over Logic Esports and snatching up the crown in a best-of-five (BO5) series, and winning the lion's share of USD 40,000.

 

The MPL Cambodia Autumn Split Grand Finals day recorded the league's highest offline audience count of up to 2,000. Fans and curious onlookers were watching the matches outside of the arena, which was livestreamed on AEON Mall's LED screens.

 

The historic grand finals also drew peak concurrent views (PCU) of up to 110,040, according to analytical partner Esports Charts.

MPL Philippines unveils new and limited-edition team battle emotes

MPL Philippines has unveiled new battle emotes for fans to support their favourite teams as the Regular Season ends next week. The interactive in-game stickers represent five (5) active MPL-PH teams, namely: ECHO, Nexplay EVOS, Smart Omega, ONIC Philippines, and TNC Pro Team.

ECHO's team emote showcases a purple-haired, chibi-like character that wear's the team's jersey. It says "Sheesh!," a popular expression that Filipinos use to convey amusement. For Nexplay EVOS, their battle emote shows their iconic neon tiger that wears the team's newest jersey and holds a small microphone to enthusiastically shout "Hold up!" and flex, just like Micophobia's signature pose.
