Unbreakable bond between a boy and his dog in Ayala Malls Cinemas’ “ISLE OF DOGS”


Fox Searchlight Pictures and Indian Paintbrush bring together an all-star voice cast (Koyu Rankin,  Greta Gerwig, Yoko Ono, Frances McDormand, Live Schreiber, Edward Norton, Bill Murray, Bob Balaban, Jeff Goldblum, Bryan Cranston, Scarlett Johansson, F. Murray Abraham, Tilda Swinton and Harvey Keitel) in Wes Anderson’s endearing breakthrough stop-motion animation “Isle of Dogs”  that will exclusively open in Ayala Malls Cinemas on May 30.

Canine Pets exiled in “ISLE OF DOGS” - Exclusive at Ayala Malls Cinemas starting May 30


On May 30, help save the dogs from exile as Ayala Malls Cinemas exclusively brings 20th Century Fox’s “Isle of Dogs” at Glorietta 4, Trinoma, Market! Market!, Cloverleaf Balintawak and Fairview Terraces. 


“Isle of Dogs” tells the story of Atari Kobayashi, 12-year-old ward to corrupt Mayor Kobayashi. Set in the Japanese Archipelago, twenty years in the future when canine-saturation has reached epidemic proportions and an outbreak of Snout-Fever rips through the city of Megasaki. Dog-Flu threatens to cross the species threshold and enter the human disease pool. Mayor Kobayashi of Uni Prefecture calls for a hasty quarantine: the expulsion and containment of all breeds, both stray and domesticated. By official decree, Trash Island becomes an exile colony  - The Isle of Dogs.

Blockbuster director Wes Anderson mixes stop-motion film making with stellar cast in “Isle of Dogs”


Years after captivating audiences with The Royal Tenenbaums and Fantastic Mr. Fox, acclaimed director Wes Anderson has again begun wowing audiences in his latest masterpiece “Isle of Dogs” starring some of Hollywood’s biggest stars.

Led by an all-star voice cast such as Bryan Cranston (“Breaking Bad”), Scarlett Johansson (“Lucy”), Yoko Ono, Bill Murray (“Ghostbusters”), Frances McDormand (“Three Billboards in Ebbing Missouri”) and Liev Shreiber (“X-Men”).
