Epson Southeast Asia officially celebrated its move to a new regional headquarters at Alexandra TechnoPark, Singapore, via a hybrid launch event today.

The new SEA headquarters features two new Solution Centers that enable partners and customers from all over the region to discover products and solutions that are good for both business and the environment. These include Epson’s sustainable innovations in printing, visual imaging, and robotics, as well as Epson PaperLab, the world’s first dry process office paper-making system[1].

Epson launches first 76-inch Industrial Dye-Sublimation Textile Printer with LcLm Inks and Fluorescent Solution

 

Epson expands its 76” printer series and offers customers greater flexibility with the SC-F10030H, a new dye-sublimation printer that comes with two additional colour options: Fluorescent Yellow and Fluorescent Pink or Light Cyan and Light Magenta, to address the market’s fluorescent and light ink colour demand.

This new dye-sublimation textile printer is the first in Epson’s textile large format printer genre with 6 new PrecisionCore™ Micro TFP printheads and the option for Light Cyan and Light Magenta (LcLm) inks. Working together, these new features enable the highest productivity possible in continuous printing of bright, vibrant textiles.

The Epson SC-F9430H is the first Epson printer with fluorescent inks

Epson has announced the launch of its new 64-inch, dye-sublimation printers, the SureColor SC-F9430 and SC-F9430H digital textile printers. The printers have been developed to deliver outstanding quality and high-volume printing, for sports apparels, fashion apparel, home decorations, outdoor signage as well as other printed merchandise.

A first for Epson, the SC-F9430H printer offers businesses the additional feature of printing fluorescent colours using the new Epson genuine fluorescent yellow and fluorescent pink inks. Epson And Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport Create Glow-In-The-Dark Pit Stop

Epson is looking forward to the iconic nightime Singapore Grand Prix by taking a fresh and exciting look at a Formula 1 car and pit stop. The ambitious plan to create what is believed to be the world’s first glow-in-the-dark pit stop combined Epson’s market leading products with the proven excellence of the reigning Formula One World Constructors’ Champions, Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport, featuring three-time World Champion driver, Lewis Hamilton.

Epson began by transforming the Mercedes-AMG Petronas race car from its normal state into a glow-in-the-dark masterpiece. An Epson SureColor SC-S Series printer enabled the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Motorsport design team to transform the 2016 World Championship winning livery by printing luminous material that was wrapped around the car and glow-in-the-dark versions of the car’s iconic branding. The lights were then turned off and the crew completed the world’s first ever glow-in-the-dark pit stop. Complete with glowing overalls and equipment, the team conducted several rapid tyre changes.
