Scarecrows among us

Scarecrows were spotted in various locations in Metro Manila, Davao, and Cebu as part of Enercal Plus’ effort to raise awareness on the misconception that Filipinos may have on their health. Being at the prime of their lives, most 20-30 year olds push themselves to the limit without having to worry about their health, at least not yet. 

Recently, Enercal Plus launched a campaign to jolt this invincibility mindset to create awareness that even if you look and feel healthy, your body could be weak on the inside. Scarecrows, which were meant to represent how weak an adult may be inside, were spotted roaming in shopping malls, busy streets, offices, and even government offices.

Have you ever wished that you had more time?  And now, given that you have the time, wouldn't you wish that you had that energy to do what you want to do?  Most of us have that question in mind, like say we have our weekends off, in my case I have regular work from Monday to Saturday (yeah, I know it sucks!), leaving only a Sunday to laze off, but given that I only have a Sunday, I should try to enjoy it right?  But guess what, I'm just too tired to even move around, feeling it would be better to laze off to rest more.  How I wish I had more energy to do what I wanted in life.
