Shinya Aoki stares down Christian Lee at One: Enter the Dragon official kick-off Press Conference

The largest global sports media property in Asian history, ONE Championship™ (ONE), held the ONE: ENTER THE DRAGON Official Kick-Off Press Conference last 14 May at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Center in Singapore. In attendance was ONE Championship Chairman and CEO, Chatri Sityodtong, along with ONE Championship superstars led by main event competitors, reigning ONE Lightweight World Champion Shinya “Tobikan Judan” Aoki and challenger Christian “The Warrior” Lee.

Also in attendance was American martial arts prodigy and former Karate World Champion “Super” Sage Northcutt, who makes his highly-anticipated ONE Championship debut this Friday night.

Christian Lee eyeing important bounce-back win against Edward Kelly at ONE: BEYOND THE HORIZON

After falling short in his first bid to capture a world championship in the sport, Singaporean contender Christian “The Warrior” Lee returns to the cage to take on Team Lakay featherweight dynamo Edward “The Ferocious” Kelly at ONE: BEYOND THE HORIZON on Saturday, 8 September at the Baoshan Arena in Shanghai, China. 

For the 20-year old star out of Evolve MMA in Singapore, it is a chance to get back on track after suffering just his second career defeat in eleven professional mixed martial arts bouts when he failed to dethrone reigning two-division kingpin Martin Nguyen for the ONE Featherweight World Championship back in May.

Following her remarkable submission victory over Natalie Gonzales Hills in Singapore, ONE female strawweight standout, “Unstoppable” Angela Lee (3-0) of Evolve-MMA will be making her first appearance in Manila this December 11 at ONE: SPIRIT OF CHAMPIONS. Angela’s brother, Christian, will also be making his much-awaited professional mixed martial arts and ONE Championship debut.

Angela, who fights out of Waipahu, Hawaii but is of Singaporean descent, will square off with Lena Tkhorevska (3-1), one of Poland’s fastest rising mixed martial arts stars.
