JobStreet Philippines, the number one online job portal in the country, recently conducted a survey of more than 18,000 Filipinos across 25 industries to see just what this future workforce is looking for in a career.

“Our survey showed that Gen Y and Gen Z respondents found corporate social responsibility more relevant compared to other generations,” shared JobStreet Philippines Country Manager Philip Gioca. “Millennials and Gen Zers are looking for companies that make a positive impact on society and the environment.
