Top-of-mind property developer Amaia Land Corp. is on a roll as it launches Isabela, Amaia Steps sixth and newest midrise condo in Sucat, Parañaque.
Isabela's launch comes at an auspicious time as it follows the success of Amaia Steps Sucat's first five buildings in the area Aria, Blanca, Clara, Esperanza, and Fidela with 89 percent of their units sold, 69 percent of which have been turned over.
