1. Only principal cardholders are allowed to redeem. 
2. To redeem the free P2,000 worth of Nike Park items, cardholders must surrender the following to the cashier of any participating Nike Park branch from November 12, 2010 to June 15, 2011:
1. Original EastWest Bank – Nike Park Promotion Letter that will be sent to the cardholder's billing address upon reaching the minimum required spend of P5,000
2. Proof of spending
   i.    Original valid charge slips for retail/straight charge purchases and/or merchant installment       transactions (principal amount) worth at least P5,000 under the principal cardholder's name.  It is the       cardholder's responsibility to photocopy his/her credit card charge slip/s should he/she wish to retain       a copy of the charge slip/s submitted. 
   For the charge slips to be valid for redemption:

1. Name and card number on the charge slip must be the same as the name and card number on the new EastWest Bank Credit Card and the Promotion Letter.
2. Transaction date of the surrendered charge slip/s must be from November 12, 2010 to April 15, 2011.
3. Charge slips should be readable and not faded.

Note: Faded charge slips will not be accepted upon redemption. The cardholder shall be           responsible in properly safekeeping his charge slips.

ii.    EastWest Bank Credit Card SOA (for presentation only) for Balance Transfer, Quick Bills        Auto-Charge, and Insta-Cash availments. 

1. Transaction date must be between November 12, 2010 to April 15, 2011 only.
2. For Balance Transfer and Insta-Cash, the principal amount should be at least P5,000.

3. Redemptions with incomplete documents submitted will not be allowed.
4. Redemption period shall be from November 12, 2010 to June 15, 2011.  Promotion letters which were not used for redemption within the prescribed redemption period shall be deemed invalid and the corresponding free Nike Park items shall be forfeited in favor of EastWest Bank.
