HSBC's Delight with Every Swipe Promotion
- HSBC's delight with Every Swipe Promotion ("Promo") is an instant rewards spending promotion open to all primary and supplementary HSBC cardholders issued by HSBC Philippines (hereinafter referred to as "Cardholders")
- The Promo is from December 1, 2010 to February 28, 2011 ("Promo Period"). Redemption of the instant reward ("Reward") begins December 15, 2010 and ends on April 30, 2011.
- To qualify, Cardholders must make a minimum required single-receipt purchase on his/her HSBC credit card during the Promo Period to get a Reward. Purchases may be for straight retail transactions or installment transactions within the Philippines.
• Foreign currency transactions and other transactions with no credit card charge slips, such as but not limited to Auto Charge, Balance Transfer, Cash Advance, Internet and Mail Order/Telephone Order are excluded from the promo - Cardholders can qualify to redeem their Reward as follows under the Promo.
Minimum Single Receipt Purchase Reward P1,500-P2,999 FREE Herb Onion Focaccia with Checca P3,000-P4,999 FREE Garlic Cream Fettuccine with Chicken (Personal). P5,000 and above FREE Adobo Chicken Pizza - To redeem a Reward under this Promo, the Cardholder must present his/her HSBC credit card, a valid ID (i.e. Driver's License, company ID, SSS photo card, passport, etc) and surrender the valid original credit card charge slip (Customer's copy) to the following CPK branches:

• Alabang Town Center
• Shangrila Plaza Mall
• Greenhills Shopping Center
• Trinoma
• Power Plant Mall
• Greenbelt 5 - Upon redemption, the HSBC credit card will be validated against the credit card charge slip and valid ID presented. The credit card details on the charge slip must match with the HSBC credit card and valid ID presented.
- A cardholder may redeem 1 reward per day only.
- Authorized representatives are not allowed to redeem.
- Should the Reward run out during the promo/redemption period, a dish alternative of the same or higher value specified by the merchant shall be offered.
- Cardholders must redeem their Reward within sixty (60) calendar days from promo end date.
- Redemption is valid for dine-in and take-out.
- Offer is not valid for delivery.
- Offer is not valid in conjunction with existing restaurant promotions, CPK Loyalty Card privileges,
- Reward is not convertible to cash or to any product available at the merchant locations.
- The Cardholder will be charged the cost of the Item redeemed should the Cardholder cancel the qualifying purchase or transaction at a later date. Similarly, if his/her redemption is found to be fraudulent, HSBC reserves the right to charge the cost of the redeemed Item to his/her HSBC credit card.
- HSBC shall not be obliged to recognize or replace any unissued, misplaced, lost or stolen charge slips.
- In case of dispute in respect of the Cardholder's eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, etc., HSBC's decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the Promo or for any redemption shall be resolved by HSBC at its sole discretion.
