By introducing the Emma DigiZone within key branches, AXA brings this technology closer to its customers—serving as a direct gateway to self-service features that simplify insurance transactions. Through these zones, AXA aims to improve the experience for customers by making it easier to register or log in to the Emma by AXA app—with on-site Branch Services Specialists (BSS) ready to guide them through the process and help them explore its features.
