The NBA group together with Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) All-Stars and Gilas Pilipinas players Ranidel De Ocampo, Beau Belga, and Jayson Castro helped paint murals on the walls of the Project Pearls Learning Center alongside community volunteers. Later, the NBA and PBA players conducted a free basketball clinic for community kids aged 8 to 13 at the PNP Covered Court to inspire the kids and teach them to live a fit and healthy lifestyle. NBA Cares is the league’s global community outreach initiative that addresses important social issues such as education, youth and family development and health and wellness.
