Titled “Boost or Bust,” the video takes a fictional and humorous look at what life for the 2014 NBA All-Star would be like without Boost – the cushioning innovation that returns the most energy in the game. View the film here.
Damian Lillard shows us he would be great at anything in life by portraying a popcorn-slinging concession stand attendant serving customers before show time. In a dramatized portrayal in the world without Boost, Lillard is interviewed on his clutch performance by Turner Sports sideline reporter Rachel Nichols after completing an intense session of serving concessions. Following his interview, the world of “Bust” transforms into the world of “Boost,” where Damian is back to All-Star form.
The Boost or Bust campaign will continue with social, print and online presence and features additional adidas athletes including Joakim Noah, Jrue Holiday, Jeff Teague and Mike Conley.
Damian will wear a special player edition of the Crazylight Boost this season, an all-new performance basketball shoe that returns more energy than any other cushioning in the game. Boost cushioning is filled with thousands of capsules, giving you energy from tip-off to the final buzzer. It’s available in the Philippines on August 15 for Php 6995.
