Ben Stiller is the man!
Recognizing his rich contribution to the
film industry, Ben Stiller was recently (Dec.4) honored in the heart of
Hollywood where he placed his hands and footprints in cement for posterity at
the world famous TCL Chinese Theater located at the intersection of Hollywood
and Highland.
The ceremony was presided over by Ben's friend and associate Tom Cruise. In attendance were Ben's wife, actress Christine Taylor and their children. Also on hand for the ceremony are Ben's friends and associates Adam Sandler, Mickey Rooney, Judd Apatow and Adam Sandler and studio chairman Jim Gianopulos.
Soon to be seen on the big screen, Ben Stiller stars in “The Secret Life of Walter Mitty,” an all-out adventure movie about a negatives manager in Life magazine who lives a very ordinary life but has the most extraordinary of adventures through his fantasies. When life shoves him at the edge, Mitty finds himself out of his daydreams and is forced to live his outrageous daydreams for real to save their jobs and look for the missing negative out of his office.
