Abraham Lincoln: Vampire hunter movie review

Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter in 3D

Explores the secret life of one the United States' greatest presidents, and the untold story that shaped the country.  Visionary film makers Tim Burton and Timur Bekmambetov (director of Wanted) bring a fresh and visceral voice to the bloodthirsty lore of the vampire, imagining Lincoln as history's greatest hunter of the undead.

Tim Burton's new movie Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter is an incredible movie of epic proportions.  A very ambitious approach to what seems to be a fictional take on one of the most prolific person the world has known.

I personally am a fan of Vampire movies, starting with "Interview with a Vampire", to the "Underworld" series as well and the most well known vampire movie series which is "The Twilight series", though I find this movie amusing as it is in uncharted territories, it amazes me how Tim's mind works and with his vivid imagination has created such a movie.

Liked the story line as well as the characters, especially with the case of Benjamin Walker, who really looked like he was Abraham Lincoln with that beard.  The fight scenes were great, I loved the train scene, but most of all it was how the story has interconnected somehow and intertwined the fates of Abraham Lincoln and a vampire hunter.  3D effects were done flawlessly, and you will find yourself avoiding things flying around haha.  Anyways its pure fun and fantastic imagination.

Catch if now showing at your favorite theaters.  Available in 3D and standard formats.  Brought to us by Warner Bros. and 20th Century Fox pictures.
