In celebration of its 10th anniversary, the Top 100 Asia’s Best Employer Brands 2019 recognized different companies across Asia including Eastern Communications that are exemplary in employee engagement and used marketing communications effectively for Human Resources Development.

Eastern Communications has been living up to its tagline “Our Strong Connection” and “Hi-Touch” brand approach not only to its customers but also to employees. Eastern Communications crafted engaging and motivating workforce activities that contributed to the improvement of employee morale and retention.

Employees also have the chance to showcase their prowess in outdoor activities through their sports fest called “Palarong Sarimanok,” derived from Eastern Communications’ old magazine title “Sarimanok.”
