| 1. | This promo is open to all BDO Rewards members nationwide.

| 2. | Promo period is until December 12, 2010.

| 3. | Every single receipt purchase of Watsons Brand products worth 500 points or Pesos and presentation of the BDO Rewards card entitles the member to two(2) raffle coupons.
|
| 4. | Member must completely fill-out the raffle coupon and drop it in the designated and marked drop box located inside Watsons Personal Care Stores.
|
| 5. | Deadlines for raffle stubs:
| a. | November 15, 2010 – First Draw |
| b. | December 12, 2010 – Second Draw |
|
| 6. | Raffle Draw dates:
| a. | First Draw – November 20, 2010 |
| b. | Second Draw – December 20, 2010 |
| - | All draws will be done in the presence of a DTI representative at the Watson Personal Care Store Philippines Office, 9/F West Quadrant, One E-Com Center, Ocean Drive, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City. |
| - | Coupons not drawn on the 1st draw will be included in the 2nd draw. |

| 7. | There will be ten (10) winners of authentic designer bags per draw date. Bags may be viewed at the following Beauty by SM outlets:
| a. | Mall of Asia |
| b. | SM Makati |
| c. | SM Megamall |
| d. | SM North EDSA |
|
| 8. | Members may only win once. If name is drawn more than once, the prize with the higher value will be given. |
| 9. | Winners will be notified through phone and registered mail on how to claim their prizes.

| MetroManila winners – can claim their prizes at the Watsons Head Office. |
b.
| Provincial winners - can claim their prizes at the Watsons Store nearest them. This will be identified in the letter sent to them. |

| 10. | All prizes are transferable, but not convertible to cash. 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000 shall be shouldered by the winners.

| 11. | Winners may claim their prizes within 60 days from receipt of
notification. Failure to claim prizes after 60 days will mean the
automatic forfeiture of the prize in favor of Watsons Personal Care Store Philippines,with the approval of DTI. |
| 12. | Winners must bring the following when claiming their prizes:
| a. | One Valid with picture |
| b. | BDO Rewards card |
| c. | Registered Mail |
| d. | Winning Raffle Coupon |
