Blockbuster Treats at SM Department Store Terms & Conditions

1.	Blockbuster Treats at SM Department Store will run from October 15, 2010 to December 31, 2010.
2.	The offer is open to all Principal and Supplementary cardholders whose cards have been locally issued by Citibank, N.A. Philippines (referred to as “Cardholder”), are active and in good credit standing.
3.	For a minimum single-receipt purchase of P3,000.00 for straight retail purchases or a minimum single-receipt purchase of P5,000.00 for PayLite purchases at any SM Department Store using his/her Citibank Credit Card, the Cardholder may proceed to the Customer Service Counter/Installment Counter to claim 3 free movie passes  for SM Cinemas worth P100 each.  Movie passes will have a validity of 60 days.
4.	To redeem the free movie passes, the Cardholder must present his/her Citibank Credit Card and SURRENDER the valid original bank charge slip (Customer’s copy).
5.	Upon redemption, the Citibank Credit Card will be validated against the SM Department Store charge slip/s submitted. The credit card details in the charge slip/s or original letter/s must match with the Citibank Credit Card presented.
6.	The Cardholder will be charged the cost of the free movie passes redeemed should the Cardholder cancel the sale transaction.
7.	Only straight retail transactions or PayLite Installment Plan transactions with charge slips will be valid for redemption.
8.	Redemptions will not be honored if the Cardholder is unable to present the Citibank Credit Card or if the relevant credit card details as these appear on the charge slip do not match with the Citibank Credit Card presented.
9.	Splitting of 1 transaction into several approvals will not be allowed.
10.	Cardholders can redeem the free movie passes until March 1, 2011.
11.	Each free movie pass is worth P100 and is not convertible to cash.
12.	The Cardholder shall pay for the difference between the value of the free movie pass   and the cost of the actual screening ticket, admission tax, or any other fees charged by SM Cinema upon admission.
13.	In redeeming the free movie pass, the Cardholder agrees not to re-sell the free movie passes or the tickets exchanged for the free movie passes. The existing terms and conditions of SM Cinemas will apply.
14.	The Cardholder agrees that should his/her redemption is found to be fraudulent, Citibank reserves the right to charge the cost of the free movie pass to his/her Citibank Credit Card.
15.	Citibank or SM Department Store shall not be obliged to recognize or replace any unissued, misplaced, faded, lost or stolen charge slips or movie passes.
