Partnership Renewal Contract Signing with Deogracias Nazareno - ETPI Executive Account Manager, Rafael Castellano - ETPI Head of Visayas Regional Operations, Brigitte Carmel Lim - CBM 2022 Overall Chairperson, and Ms. May Elizabeth Ybanez, CCCI Executive Director.

With the pioneer telecommunication company’s latest expansions in Visayas, Eastern Communications recently renewed its partnership with the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) to their initiatives once again. The timely partnership is aligned with one of the region’s biggest business events, the Cebu Business Month (CBM) 2022.

On its 26th year, CBM returns with the theme "GO Cebu" with tagline “Realign, Reinforce, Rebuild.” The event aims to collaborate with changemakers and gather stakeholders in tourism, Information and Communications Technology and Business Process Management (ICT-BPM), entrepreneurship, and the creative industry throughout a year-long series of relevant, informative, and engaging programs.

“We are very honored and privileged to partner with CCCI once again. During tough times, CCCI has become an essential source of support for many public and private sectors within and beyond Cebu. Through this partnership, we will be able to continuously support initiatives that drive growth to businesses and offer high-tech and high-touch services that will help them thrive in this new and ever-changing landscape,” said Michael CastaƱeda, Head of Sales at Eastern Communications.

Eastern Communications seeks to help the organization and its members foster local business growth in Cebu and achieve its goals this year. To show further support to the CBM 2022 activities, Eastern Communications’ representative, Edsel Paglinawan, Head of Product & Innovation, will be one of the speakers to share relevant industry trends and insights at the GO TECH CEBU: ICT/BPM Summit from June 16 to 17, 2022 at the Quest Hotel and Conference Center in Cebu.

"This year marks CBM's 26th milestone that holds even more significance with the local business community having come from and still working through the challenges brought about by the pandemic. This is why CBM 2022 is driven by the theme “Go Cebu!” because we are beginning to see the opportunity to go full-speed ahead, to propel ourselves forward, to Realign, to Reinforce and to Rebuild," said Charles Kenneth Co, CCCI President.

“With our renewed partnership with Eastern Communications, we are very thrilled at how our upcoming CBM efforts will turn out and we are looking into more collaborations with Eastern to help develop businesses within and beyond Cebu,” said Brigitte Carmel Lim, CBM 2022 Overall Chairperson.
