Pinoy Pride: Dance Crew From Compostela Valley Impresses The Judges In The Premiere Episode Of Asia’s Got Talent

It was a performance of epic backflips and hair flicks when DM-X Comvaleñoz took the stage in last Thursday’s premiere episode of Asia’s Got Talent.
This was the first time the nine-strong dance crew had travelled out of the Philippines, but that certainly didn’t stop them from bringing the audience to their feet with their ‘rock-style’ dance moves that managed to blow the judges away.
“It was amazing. It was a great performance. Great job, guys,” said Jay Park, praising the dance crew.
“It was really impressive seeing you perform. It was super entertaining,” Anggun added.

DM-X Comvaleñoz received three yeses from the judges and are now in the running to be in the Semi-Finals.

Other Pinoy acts performing in last Thursday’s premiere episode included the sensational  68-year-old rapping grandmother, Mercifuletes Viola, (#RappingGranny) and a returning high-octane dance act from season one, D’Intensity Breakers.
The first Golden Buzzer of the season went to Jay Park’s choice, ADEM Dance Crew from the Kyrgyz Republic.
“To be honest, I’ve seen a lot of animation shows but the way you put yours together was crazy. It was amazing, it was really, really good,” said Jay.
ADEM dance crew will head directly to the Semi-Finals and they are now one step closer to winning the grand prize of USD100,000.
