To qualify for the raffle promo, the customer must fill-out the required fields with his/her contact details in the Customer Information Update Form available at any BPI branch (for BPI Family Savings Bank clients, in any BPI Family Savings Bank branch) or download a printable version of the Form at www.bpiexpressonline.com and submit within the promo period. Contact details must include: Home or Business Address; Home, Office or Mobile Numbers and Birthdate.
