OPEN TO KOOLRED MEMBERS FROM ALL COUNTRIES WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AS OF THE DATE OF ENTRY By entering this contest, you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions. Any violation to these terms may result in disqualification. All decisions of the organizer regarding this Contest are final and binding in all respects.

1. CONTEST PERIOD. The Lotus Racing Forum contest [“Contest”] is organised by Koolred Sdn Bhd [“Organiser”]. The Contest will run for three (3) consecutive weeks commencing from [“Contest Period”] 2 December 2010 to 22 December 2010:
   Week 1:
   10:00 (GMT+8) 2 December 2010 and end 16:59 (GMT+8) on 8 December 2010. Results will be announced on 13 December 2010.
   Week 2:
   10:00 (GMT+8) 9 December 2010 and end 16:59 (GMT+8) on 15 December 2010. Results will be announced on 20 December 2010.
   Week 3:
   10:00 (GMT+8) 16 December 2010 and end 16:59 (GMT+8) on 22 December 2010. Results will be announced on 27 December 2010.
2. ELIGIBILITY. The Contest is open to all members of Koolred [“Participants”] from all countries who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry except directors, members and employees of Koolred Sdn Bhd, 1 Malaysia Racing Team Sdn Bhd and its immediate family members.
3. CONTEST MECHANISM. To qualify for the Contest, Participants will have to do the following:
   
   1. Be a registered member of Koolred (http://www.koolred.com).
   2. Each week Koolred will post a new question in the Forum section related to the Sir Richard Branson/Datuk Seri Tony Fernandes Formula 1 bet.
   3. Members will submit their answers to the question in 100 words or less in the Forum section.
   4. The most creative/funny/interesting answers as determined by our panel of judges will be chosen as our three weekly winners.
   5. Only ONE answer per day is accepted from each Participant. In the event there is more than one submission of answer, only the first submission will be accepted.
   All entries submitted become the sole property of the Organizer and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Organizer. The Organizer is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty of accessing the Internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches. Inappropriate answers will not be posted or entered for judging.
4. CONTEST DEADLINE.
   • Week 1: 16:59 (GMT+8) on 8 December 2010.
   • Week 2: 16:59 (GMT+8) on 15 December 2010.
   • Week 3: 16:59 (GMT+8) on 22 December 2010.
   The organizer reserves the right to extend the deadline of the contest if it deems fit to do so.
5. DISQUALIFICATION. Reasons for entries being deleted from the forum thread or disqualified from the contest entirely are included but not limited to the below:
   1. Incomplete or illegible entries;
   2. Entries which are in excess of the word entry limit described above;
   3. Entries not in any way relevant to the contest question posed by the organizer;
   4. Entries containing links to external third-party sites which has no significant value to the contest;
   5. Entries which defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies;
   6. Entries which are sexually explicit, unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic, obscene or offensive;
   7. Entries which promote the consumption of alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing) or a particular political agenda;
   8. Users who engage in unlawful activities which are inconsistent with Koolred’s Terms of Use will automatically have their entries disqualified
   Entries which are deleted will be done so by the Koolred admin team with no prior or post indication to the participant.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. Winners will be selected based on criteria below:
   1. Answers submitted before or on closing date and time at 16:59 (GMT+8) on
      Week 1: 16:59 (GMT+8) on 8 December 2010.
      Week 2: 16:59 (GMT+8) on 15 December 2010.
      Week 3: 16:59 (GMT+8) on 22 December 2010.
   2. Feedback by a panel of judges appointed by the Organizer on how creative/funny/interesting the entries are.
   The organizer may also consider how dormant or active the participant (member) is on Koolred when choosing the potential winners. Any potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) days from the date the Organizer first tries to notify him/her, and/or the prize or prize notification is returned as undelivered, potential winner forfeits the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at the sole right and discretion of the Organizer.
7. PRIZES. There will be three (3) winners each week as the contest runs for three (3) consecutive weeks. The winners will receive one of each of the following:

8. PRIZE DELIVERY. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be informed to the winner and winner shall assumes the risk of its loss during this transit process. The Organizer is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.
9. NO PRIZE TRANSFER OR SUBSTITUTION. The prize is not exchangeable and/or transferable or redeemable for cash. Any portion of the prize that is not used is forfeited. No substitutions for prize except by the Organizer, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.
10. CONSENT AND RELEASE. By entering the Contest, each participant releases and discharges the Organizer, and any other party associated with the development or administration of this Contest, their parents, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and each of their respective directors, members, shareholders, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from any and all liability whatsoever in connection with this Contest, including without limitation legal claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages, demands or actions of any kind (including without limitation personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction or property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light) (collectively, "Claims").
    
    The Organizer reserves its rights to publish or display materials or information, including but not limited to the names and photographs of all participants for marketing, advertising and publicity purposes in any manner it deems appropriate. The Organizer further reserves its right to use any personal data of participants in any manner and/or for any purpose it deems fit and participant is deemed to consent to such use with no monetary payment.
    
    The Organizer reserves its right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest with or without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organizer shall not entitle the participant to any claim or compensation against the Organizer for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
    
    The terms and conditions herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Contest. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail at all times.
    
    The Organizer reserves its right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions and/or substitute or replace the gifts from time to time without any prior notice.
    
    By participating in the Contest, it is deemed that the participant agrees to be bound by the terms and subject to the conditions herein set out upon submission of entry. The decisions of the Organizer in relation to every aspect of the Contest including but not limited to the type of prize and winner shall be deemed final and conclusive under any circumstance and no complaint from any participants will be entertained.
11. INDEMNITY. By entering into the Contest, each participant agrees to hold harmless, defend and fully indemnify the Organizer from and against all losses, damages, expenses and all third party actions, proceedings, claims, demands, costs (including without prejudice to the generality of this provision, the legal cost of each other), awards and damages arising as a result of the participant’s entry to the Contest.
