HSBC's Starbucks with Every Swipe Promotion

1. HSBC's Starbucks with Every Swipe Promotion (the "Promo") is an instant rewards spending promotion open to all primary and supplementary cardholders of any credit card issued by HSBC Philippines (hereinafter referred to as "Cardholders").
2. The Promo is from April 1, 2010 to August 31, 2010 ("Promo Period"). Redemption of the instant reward begins April 15, 2010 and ends on October 31, 2010.
3. Cardholders can qualify to receive Any Tall Beverage of Your Choice with one (1) add-on (except bottled beverages, bottle water and fruit juices) from Starbucks under the Promo.
4. To qualify, Cardholders must make a single receipt purchase of at least P2,000 (Philippine Pesos) on his/her HSBC credit card during the Promo Period. Purchases may be for straight retail transactions or installment transactions.
   • Foreign currency transactions and other transactions with no credit card charge slip such as, but not limited to Auto    Charge, Balance Transfer, Cash Advance, Internet and Mail Order/Telephone Order are excluded from the Promo. 
5. Cardholders may redeem their Starbucks beverage within sixty (60) calendar days from the purchase or transaction date as indicated on the credit card charge slip.
6. To redeem any one of the Starbucks beverages under this Promo, the Cardholder must present his/her HSBC credit card and surrender the valid original credit card charge slip (Customer's copy) at any Starbucks branch in the Philippines.
7. Upon redemption, the HSBC credit card will be validated against the credit card charge slip presented. The credit card details in the charge slip must match with the HSBC credit card presented.
8. The Cardholder will be charged the cost of the Starbucks beverage redeemed should the Cardholder cancel the qualifying purchase or transaction at a later date. Similarly, if his/her redemption is found to be fraudulent, HSBC reserves the right to charge the cost of the redeemed Free Starbucks beverage to his/her HSBC credit card.
9. HSBC shall not be obliged to recognize or replace any unissued, misplaced, lost or stolen charge slips.
10. In case of dispute in respect of the Cardholder's eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, etc., HSBC's decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the Promo or for any redemption shall be resolved by HSBC at its sole discretion.
